As a Certified ACE Personal Trainer and Coach, I work with women of all ages and fitness levels who are looking to improve their physical fitness and overall well-being.

 

My approach is rooted in the belief that every individual is unique and requires a personalized training program to achieve their goals.

 

I combine strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and stretching to create a comprehensive fitness plan tailored to each client's needs.

30 Minute

Session

This session is 30 minutes of in-person exercise. Designed for anyone wanting to maximize their potential in a limited amount of time.

45 Minute

Session

This session is 45 minutes of in-person training that maximizes heart rate goals and gives adequate  stretching and cool down time.

60 Minute

Session

This session is 1 whole hour of in-person training that will cover all the bases! From warm up to cool down and stretching. This session does it all!

As a new mom of two, trying to prioritize her health, becoming one of Hannah's clients has been amazing!!  The accountability is exactly what I needed, and at our last session she held and bounced my fussing baby while coaching me through the last few minutes of the workout.
